Are you Insured?

Yes, we are fully insured and would be happy to provide a certificate of Insurance if requested.
Are you licensed?

No, we do not do any work that requires specialty licensing.
What are your hours?

We are currently operating on a part-time basis and are open for service M-F after 5 pm and Saturdays. We will do our best to accommodate your requested day and time.
What type of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, credit/debit card or check. Payment is due upon completion of the service or project. In certain circumstances, we may ask for a deposit if there are extensive materials to be purchased.
Do you provide free estimates?

Yes. If I can I will try to estimate virtually by asking the client to send photos and descriptions of work to be done. This allows us to provide a quicker turn around for quotes and a more efficient booking process.
